The condominium buildings and newer townhomes around 78th Ave SE, where almost everything is an integrated column built tight into cabinetry.
Town Center is one corner of the only place we work. Most of what we open here is built into joinery, from integrated columns to undercounter wine units, so panels come off before anything moves and go back exactly as they were.
Integrated wine columns in these buildings share walls with ovens, dishwashers and sunny glass, which is why the zone questions in Holding the Zones come up here more than anywhere else on the island.
